• Support you in undertaking an analysis of your individual learning needs.
• Assist you in the developing your Individual Action Plan.
• Collation of information on learning provision, methods and costs, appropriate to your requirements.
• An awareness of possible funding available and assistance with an initial application where eligible.
• Signposting to other services potentially available to you.
• Mentoring & Coaching support, where appropriate.

What We Will Expect from You

• The opportunity to define your individual training/development goals in consultation with our Adviser.
• Your willingness to develop those skills in order to meet your agreed objectives.
• Your time to discuss and plan a strategy to achieve your goals and objectives.
• Your feedback and ideas on how we can improve our service through dialogue and documented evaluation.
