What You Can Expect from Us

• An experienced adviser who will contact or agree to meet with you at a time to suit you, within 5 working days of the initial enquiry.
• An opportunity to discuss your training and development needs in confidence.*
• Support you in undertaking an Analysis of your organisation's training and development needs.
• Introduce you to Individual Action Planning and assist you in the development of Individual Action Plans for your employees.
• Collation of information on Training Provision, Methods and Costs, appropriate to your organisation's specific requirements.
• An awareness of possible Funding available and assistance with an initial application where eligible.
• Signposting to other services potentially available to you.
• Mentoring & Coaching support, where appropriate.

• Your willingness to develop those skills in order to meet your agreed organisational objectives.
• Your time to discuss and plan a strategy to achieve your goals and objectives.
